Trease Aleem is the founder and CEO of Step By Step Learning Center, LLC established in 2022. Step By Step Learning Center has 1 location on the west side of Baltimore City.

Trease’s vision was to ensure that All children, regardless of their socio-economic status received quality early education and enrichment services. Through her vision, she founded Step By Step Daycare more than 20 years ago where she provided care for hundreds of children and families. Her current program, Step By Step Learning Center, provides children ages 6-weeks to 4 years old with quality early education, setting the foundation young children need to compete and thrive. All age groups follow a research based S.T.E.A.M. curriculum and includes language and literacy, interactive reading, physical development, cognitive skills and learning through play. Step By Step Learning Center focuses on providing a safe and nurturing environment. Staff and program development, as well as parent and community involvement are key elements to the success of the program.

Trease is a degreed and licensed provider and is currently credentialed at a level (6-B), which is the highest level achievable in the State of Maryland. Her Learning Center has a Maryland Excels Rating of (3). In addition to being the founder and CEO of Step By Step Daycare and Step By Step Learning Center, LLC, Trease has over 20 years of providing care to children in the city of Baltimore. In addition, she has extensive experience with children that may have exceptional needs.
